Booking and Cancellation Policy

Hey Bold Beauties! 

Booking can now all be done online through Setmore. I will have the link to the booking site on my Instagram and Facebook, as well as on the home page of


Nail services can be booked on any available date and time. 

I do not work over or remove other nail techs' work so please COME WITH BARE NAILS. Please book the appropriate service. If you are unsure as to what you need to book send a direct message or email. Nail art is an add-on service so please make sure to book the appropriate nail art add-on for the design you would like. Failure to book the proper service will result in you potentially not getting the full service you desire as I might not have time to accommodate the misunderstanding.  

If you are changing from one service to another please make sure to book a soak off and the new service. Example: Client has on Gel Nail Extensions but would like to change to Gel Overlay. The client would book Nail Extension removal as well as Gel Overlay Manicure and any additional add-ons they might need.


When booking please note that Hair services can only be booked Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Any hair services booked on other days will be cancelled unless discussed prior.

HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE NOT INCLUDED. If you need hair recommendations direct message (Instagram or Facebook) or email ( for information. 

Please come with hair washed and separated (chunky twist, braids, or cornrows). All hair services include a blowout. Hair Products are provided, however if you like a particular product feel free to bring that to your appointment.

For wig installs please make sure that the wig fits your head prior to your appointment as I am unable to customize the wig's size. 

Below I will include the average amount of hair needed for individual services. 

Ponytail: 1-2 bundles of braiding hair or weave bundles. 

Crochet Braids: 4-5 packs of loose hair. 

Individual crochet: 4-6 packs depending on how many individual pieces are in a pack. 

Sew-In with Leave Out: 2-4 bundles depending on the thickness you desire. 

Sew-In with Closure: 2-3 bundles and closure. 



Cash and E-transfer payments are accepted. E-Transfers must be made before leaving the salon!


Appointments will be allowed a ten minute grace period, however anything over 15 minutes late could potentially be cancelled. This is why it is important to leave contact information so we can communicate.  

If you need to cancel an appointment please cancel 24 hours in advance. You can do this easily though the email you will receive after booking. 

No-shows will not be allowed to rebook!
